Domiciliary care, also known as home care, provides support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. This can include help with personal care, medication, meal preparation, companionship, and other day-to-day tasks that allow people to live independently and safely.
Our services are designed for anyone who is over the age of 18 and needs extra support to remain at home, including older adults, people with disabilities, individuals recovering from illness or surgery, and those who simply need companionship or assistance with daily routines. We offer anything from 30 minute calls to overnight stays.
We regularly review care plans, carry out spot checks, and maintain open communication with clients and families. Feedback is encouraged and valued — it helps us continually improve our services and uphold our commitment to excellence.
We also have thorough care packages which will include details such as a client’s interests, hobbies, care requirements and even how they like their cup of tea.
Yes, wherever possible we match clients with carers based on personality, skills, and shared interests. Though we cannot guarantee the same carer all the time due to holidays and illness, we will do our best to provide clients with those they are happy with. We understand how important trust and comfort are in the care relationship, and we aim to provide continuity with familiar faces.
We also have a policy of ‘no strangers’. This means after an initial consultation, we will introduce the carer team, so a client will never be answering their door to someone they haven’t previously met.
You can contact us directly by phone, email, or through our website. We’ll arrange a free, no-obligation consultation to understand your needs and create a personalised care plan tailored to you or your loved one.
